What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support account executives in maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships
- Act as a liaison between client companies, account executives, and operations staff
- Prepare and organize weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as specified by management
- Communicate credit approvals and declines to vendors, brokers, and customers
- Resolve issues to facilitate the funding of lease/loan transactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or a High School Diploma/GED with three (3) years of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Developed relationship-building skills

- Experience in a sales or finance-related role
- Familiarity with business equipment financing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to research data
- Previous experience in customer service or client relations
- Knowledge of the financial services industry
