  Job Description

  We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role involves putting together Automatic Safety Doors, including riveting, sheeting, and working with very thin stainless steel. Additionally, this role requires adding adhesive to fabric material (bellows) and folding fabric according to specifications. This is a repetitive and monotonous job, ideal for someone who excels in consistent and precise work.

  Responsibilities

  • Assemble Automatic Safety Doors using various techniques such as riveting and sheeting.
  • Work with very thin stainless steel and apply adhesive to fabric materials.
  • Fold fabric material according to detailed specifications.
  • Perform tasks in the folded department, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Read and interpret measurements accurately to ensure proper assembly.

  Essential Skills

  • 2+ years of Mechanical Assembly experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret measurements accurately.
  • Experience in general labor, production, and assembly.

  Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Attention to detail and precision in repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to work with adhesives and delicate materials.

  Work Environment

  This role operates on the 1st shift. Employees have the option to work four 10-hour days (Monday to Thursday) or four 8-hour days (Monday to Friday), with start times at 5am or 6am. The work environment is structured and supportive, ensuring that all employees can perform their tasks efficiently.

  Job Type & Location

  This is a Permanent position based out of New Berlin, Wisconsin.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $33280.00/yr.

  Assembly that would be putting together Automatic Safety Doors
