      Join our team as an Assessment Centre Operations Manager at the Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS). HAAS delivers the Functional Assessment Services (FAS) Contract for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

      As the Assessment Centre Operations Manager, you'll oversee clinic capacity, room suitability, and health and safety for our colleagues and claimants within the Lot 2 Estate, spanning venues across the Midlands and Wales.

      Job Description:

      What you’ll be doing:

      • Report on estate capacity, utilization, compliance, issues, and risks to the Operations Director and Client.

      • Manage compliance reports/evidence, planned preventative maintenance, maintenance planners, and audit reports.

      • Deploy systems (including CASPER, Quality Service Matrix, and Concierto) to manage the estate effectively

      • Ensure assessment centers are accessible for claimants with various disabilities and health needs.

      • Conduct physical inspections of sites, covering health and safety, statutory compliance, building condition, equipment, IT infrastructure, and security systems.

      • Undertake quarterly reviews of public transport provision, liaising with transport service providers, to ensure sites remain accessible.

      • Work collaboratively with the client on estate changes, balancing efficiency and service optimization.

      • Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives related to future volumes and estate design principles.

      • Line manage reception staff and lead regular team meetings.

      What we’re looking for:

      • Facilities management and estate management experience with experience of managing multiple estates.

      • Knowledge and experience of using CASPER.

      • Line management experience.

      • Experience of managing suppliers and contractors.

      • Familiarity with Health and Safety and incident reporting.

      • Excellent planning and organisational skills.

      • Own car with a valid driver’s license is essential. The position involves travel to our sites, and occasional overnight stays may be required.
