What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the maintenance of over 120,000 facility equipment records in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Administer and track preventive maintenance data for operational coordination and regulatory compliance
- Generate asset data for reports and presentations, conducting data analysis and developing key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor regulated systems and establish preventive maintenance procedures for new assets
- Lead special projects regarding Asset Management that align with the organization's mission and values
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge equivalent to a four-year college degree in Business, Economics, Research Methodology, Statistics, or Mathematics
- 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible work experience in programming, statistical methods, or data management
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems, such as Planon
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong customer relations and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, or a similar field
- Knowledge of facilities systems and their components
- Experience with data management/analysis principles and methods
- Facilities management certification/accreditation
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population
