      Asset Management – Working Student (all genders) - Emerging Talent Program

      J.P. Morgan Asset Management Austria/CEE Team is looking for a motivated Working Student to join Vienna office. This is a part-time working-student position for a motivated individual, who would like to gain first-hand experience working with one of the largest financial institutions in the World. The position will focus on supporting sales and administrative functions in Austria. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience with various business systems, everyday sales activities, and client interactions in a friendly, relaxed, yet professional atmosphere. Duration of the Program is 1 year

      Brief Summary of core responsibilities:

      • Assist the sales team in coordinating client meetings, preparing sales presentation booklets and meeting documents for client presentations, etc.
      • Participation in customer events such as financial fairs
      • Source and prepare responses for clients’ ad-hoc questions or reporting requests
      • Assist the sales team in maintaining prospect and client databases, ensure that critical client information is stored in client databases to provide access to key data
      • Create fund competitor analyses
      • Perform research projects on various market and client topics
      • Expense processing and reconciliation

      Personal & Professional Profile:

      • Studies of Business Administrations, Finance, Economics or similar
      • Strong MS Office Skills
      • Ambitious, hard-working, driven and capacity to show initiative
      • Attention to detail
      • Reliability and team-player personality
      • Fluency in German and English is essential
