      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and manage centralized MG-ALFA models to meet Business Unit modeling needs
      - Execute month-end control processes and validate changes
      - Manage model risk through attention to detail and thorough validation
      - Build relationships with business unit model owners to define and deliver key objectives
      - Collaborate with IT, Accounting, and other areas to align capabilities and drive efficient actuarial processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science or a related field
      - 4+ years of actuarial work experience required
      - Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
      - Knowledge of Individual Life Insurance and/or Annuities
      - Familiarity with MG-ALFA or other actuarial modeling platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fellow of the Society of Actuaries preferred, or extensive modeling experience as a Financial Analyst
      - Knowledge of actuarial processes including Valuation (STAT & GAAP), Cash Flow Testing, and Forecasting
      - Technical skills related to spreadsheets and model development
      - Experience directing the work of others and assisting in their education and development
