What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop abstracts, goals, and plans for applied research in home health care
- Identify and implement the organizational structure for research activities
- Assess goals and appropriately plan work with supervision to achieve objectives
- Ensure availability during all operating hours or designate a pre-designated person
- Maintain ongoing liaison with Agency staff and assure compliance with federal/state regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Registered nurse or holds an associate's degree or requisite credits towards one
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in health service administration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in developing public relations and marketing programs in the health care sector
- Familiarity with data collection and reporting systems in home health care
