      Position Overview
      We are seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant Area Director of Operations (AADO) to join our leadership team in Illinois. This role supports our commitment to delivering the highest quality therapy services, working under the mentorship of an experienced Area Director of Operations (ADO) and within a defined regional territory.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Support operational excellence across multiple sites in partnership with the ADO

      • Ensure quality therapy services that align with company standards and client expectations

      • Understand and apply current reimbursement models to drive effective service delivery

      • Collaborate closely with Central Support Services (HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Clinical, IT, etc.)

      • Foster strong relationships with clients, clinicians, and facility leadership

      • Contribute to compliance, financial performance, and patient satisfaction goals

      Qualifications


      Qualifications

      • Licensed therapist (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA) preferred

      • Previous leadership or multi-site experience in a post-acute care setting is a plus

      • Strong understanding of therapy’s role in today’s healthcare and reimbursement landscape

      • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

      • Willingness to travel regionally within Pennsylvania
