      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare cases for judicial proceedings by interviewing clients, researching laws, and drafting legal documents
      - Represent the County at judicial hearings, analyzing evidence, and making recommendations on appeals
      - Advise and mentor less experienced staff attorneys and review their legal work
      - Negotiate contracts and settlements to achieve clients' objectives
      - Analyze legal developments and prepare legal opinions to inform future actions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduation from an accredited college of law
      - Licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota
      - Completion of 45 credits of continuing legal education every three years
      - No prior experience required

      - Experience in criminal or civil law, child support, or child protection cases
