      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide legal advice and representation to a variety of education-related clients
      - Conduct legal research and synthesize relevant laws for client matters
      - Draft legal documents, including briefs and motions, and represent clients in administrative hearings and courts
      - Collaborate with agency representatives to address legal issues and needs
      - Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely communication and responsiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school or completion of the WSBA's Rule 6 Law Clerk Program
      - Minimum of 5 years of legal practice experience
      - Licensed to practice law in Washington state or actively pursuing admission
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong research and analytical abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in education law or serving public sector entities
      - Proven track record in litigation, including administrative hearings and court appearances
      - Ability to handle multiple client assignments and time-sensitive matters effectively
      - Demonstrated commitment to public service and ethical legal practice
      - Experience in drafting contracts and negotiating on behalf of clients
