      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in teaching beginning level ballet classes for children aged 3-10
      - Demonstrate ballet exercises and provide hands-on instruction to students
      - Collaborate with the lead teacher to follow lesson plans effectively
      - Communicate with parents and students regarding progress and class activities
      - Support a warm and inviting atmosphere for families attending the classes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of classical ballet training
      - Experience working with children in a teaching or instructional capacity
      - Availability for some or all of the listed class times
      - Ability to demonstrate ballet movements and provide physical assistance to students

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience as a ballet teacher or assistant in a children's dance program
      - Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods
      - Passion for integrating creativity and fun into ballet instruction
      - Strong communication skills with both children and parents
