- Directs and coaches branch staff to achieve established goals and service levels, providing regular performance feedback to foster development.
- Establishes sales goals and collaborates with Area/Branch Manager to achieve targets, fostering a sales-oriented culture within the branch.
- Manages sales and referral tracking for product goals, facilitating periodic sales contests to drive performance.
- Oversees daily branch operations, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional member service while managing cash levels effectively.
- Acts as a point of escalation for member issues, coordinating resolutions with other Credit Union departments.
- Analyzes performance reports to monitor efficiency and service levels against goals, providing timely reporting to management.
- Manages branch scheduling to optimize staffing while controlling expenses.
- Ensures compliance with operational and security procedures, conducting regular internal control inspections and audits.
- Implements controls to protect member assets and confidential information, ensuring staff safety.
- Stays updated on Bank Secrecy Act, Money Laundering, and OFAC compliance, completing necessary training and certifications.
- Maintains branch facilities, making recommendations for maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Collaborates with other departments/branches on process improvement projects.
- Participates in developing branch strategies and goals aligned with SCCU's mission and objectives.
- Prepares annual budget projections, monitors performance, and operates within financial objectives.
- Recognizes outstanding employee achievements and communicates them to management.

Education and Training:
High School Diploma required. Associate's degree or higher preferred.

Prior Experience:
1+ year in a SCCU Lead Member Service Specialist required, or 1-3 years of Financial Institution Management experience required. A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered.
- Monday - Friday 9:30am – 7:30pm.
- Saturdays 9:30am - 3:30pm.
- Saturdays required, will receive an additional day during week as 2nd day off.
