      Meaningful Work From Day One

      In the pursuit of our vision to be the most valuable spirits brand in the world, the JD Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) is responsible for supporting the delivery of profitable growth for the Jack Daniel’s trademark in the UK in a meaningful way. This role oversees and leads the implementation of the communications and media campaigns with emphasis on the high season of the year (Oct-Dec) and the connection with consumer across the portfolio

      This role will report directly to the Head of Jack Daniel's in the UK, and actively nurture and support the development of brand platforms, campaigns, advertising, activation and promotional programs in the UK.

      This is a Fixed Term Contract for 10 months.

      What You Can Expect

      Brand strategy execution and implementation

      • Campaign Development & Implementation: Collaborating with local and global teams and agencies to create and execute innovative marketing campaigns that build brand loyalty and consumer connection, adapting global assets for the UK audience

      • London Underground Campaign Co-Leadership: Ensuring consistent, impactful year-round brand presence on the London Underground through cross-functional collaboration and meticulous planning

      • Performance Evaluation & Optimization: Rigorously assessing campaign effectiveness using analytics to optimize media allocation and maximize ROI for brand growth

      • Competitive Monitoring & Inspiration: Continuously monitoring competitor activities and seeking inspiration from beyond the spirits category to inform brand planning

      • Commercial Collaboration: Working closely with sales and consumer marketing to develop strategies that strengthen Jack Daniel's position in both on-trade and off-trade channels

      Drive for results

      • Help with monthly brand performance reviews including competitive set commentary

      • Responsible for A&P management: raising POs, recording, monitoring and maintaining spends at all times to stay on budget

      • Own the on-going post evaluations of brand activities, so learnings can be applied to the planning cycle helps drive marketing effectiveness and efficiency

      Strategic Relationships & Partnerships

      • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Jack Daniel's Global Team

      • Work closely with key cross-functional counterparts, including Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance

      • Initiate and maintain close, consistent communication with external agencies

      • Be a champion of the brand internally by organising events and tastings to promote the Malts portfolio.

      • Strongly partner with production and global team to ensure UK needs are fulfilled

      • Act as a role model of B-F values


      What You Bring to the Table

      • Min. 2 years in marketing, either in house or at the agency side

      • Proven knowledge of managing campaign, activations and preferably media management

      • Good knowledge of P&L and budgeting

      • Experience in presenting to various stakeholders

      • IT literate - MS Office applications & Google application

      Skills Required

      • A people’s person and empathetic; ability to build strong relationships at all levels

      • Passion and drive to learn

      • Collaborative team player; adaptable and flexible

      • Fluent English, both spoken and written

      • Great communication skills ( listening, presentations, written)

      • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
