      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide quality customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced call center environment
      - Supervise call center representatives and monitor performance to ensure service excellence
      - Handle escalated customer calls and provide solutions to inquiries and issues
      - Maintain a strong knowledge of digital banking services and assist with account management tasks
      - Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate issue resolution and improve customer service scores

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree preferred or high school diploma with equivalent experience
      - At least 2 years of customer service experience in a goal or incentive-based environment
      - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
      - Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
      - General knowledge of mobile devices and proficiency with PC and Macintosh systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with electronic banking services, PTMs, and chat support
      - Familiarity with financial software/apps such as Quicken, QuickBooks, and Mint
      - Ability to engage and motivate customer service personnel effectively
      - Experience in a supervisory role within a call center environment
