What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Community Manager in achieving occupancy and rental rate goals while controlling expenses
- Conduct inspections of apartment units during check-in and check-out to protect the owners' assets
- Support the management and development of the residential staff for personal and professional growth
- Maintain the property’s appearance through daily inspections to ensure cleanliness and security
- Address resident complaints and promote positive resident relations while supervising staff in the absence of the Community Manager
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of residential management or customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record for company business
- Must successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen prior to hiring

- Experience in interviewing potential on-site employees
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting within property management
- Proven ability to handle resident complaints effectively
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills in a property management setting
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures and property upkeep standards
