What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Senior CLM Implementation Consultant in the day-to-day administration of the CLM implementation
- Assist in designing sessions to capture and document client requirements
- Implement and maintain the contract lifecycle management system (CLM)
- Validate data generated by the tool and participate in product testing
- Provide feedback for continuous improvement of the CLM tool
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years' experience defining CLM systems user acceptance and training in a healthcare provider/payer environment
- 4+ years' experience translating complex business requirements into actionable solutions in a healthcare provider/payer environment
- 4+ years' experience with CLM platforms in a healthcare provider/payer environment
- 3+ years' experience with legal and/or technology solutions
- Advanced experience with Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Icertis
- Experience in contract migration
- Experience with AI processing of healthcare provider contracts
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or related fields
