      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage day-to-day financial reporting accuracy for assigned healthcare clients
      - Assist with complex general ledgers, identifying missing transactions and trends
      - Prepare and review monthly reporting packages, including KPIs and metrics
      - Facilitate the month-end close process and maintain client procedure documentation
      - Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient client workflow and best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, focusing on financial reporting and general ledger management
      - Experience with full cycle accounting in the healthcare industry
      - Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end close processes
      - Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CPA certification preferred
      - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to project manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
