What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise accounts payable, general ledger, and accounts receivable functions
- Ensure timely and accurate financial closing processes
- Serve as the primary contact for operational issues and audit inquiries
- Mentor and develop staff, conducting performance evaluations and overseeing recruitment
- Collaborate with management to refine financial policies and departmental priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in government contracting and managing Sarbanes-Oxley audit processes
- Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint software
- In-depth knowledge of FAR and CAS regulations
- Experience in a global company setting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPA certification
- Strong partnership mindset with HR, FP&A, Operations, and Corporate Controllership
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
