      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide legal advice and representation for the Civil Division of the employer
      - Review and draft legal documents, including contracts and briefs
      - Participate in litigation and handle legal disputes as needed
      - Collaborate with other legal professionals and departments to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
      - Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Juris Doctoral degree in law from an accredited law school
      - Valid license to practice law in the State of Minnesota or eligibility by December 31, 2025
      - Valid Minnesota Driver's License or evidence of mobility
      - Must be able to successfully pass Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) background check, including CJIS fingerprinting
      - For Senior Assistant County Attorney: Five (5) years of experience as an Assistant County Attorney or equivalent experience as a practicing attorney

      - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
      - Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
      - Familiarity with civil law and procedures
