      The Assistant Dean, Lincoln Division is responsible for the vision, leadership, and administration of all aspects of the Lincoln Division's academic portfolio, including leading program growth, evaluating, anddeveloping faculty and staff, fiscal planning, strategic planning, and goal setting in concert with thecollege and university’s strategic plans. The Assistant Dean will provide key leadership in the growth andexpansion of the division's stature as a leader in the profession locally, nationally, and globally. TheAssistant Dean collaborates with the Dean, College-level Associate Deans, the college's other leaders,faculty, and inter-professional colleagues to advance the strategic plan of the CON and UNMC in a vibrant,interdisciplinary environment.
      The Assistant Dean, Lincoln Division is appointed by the Dean and serves at the Dean’s request. Thisindividual is responsible to the Dean for leadership in meeting the goals of their respective division andassuring congruence with the mission and vision of the College of Nursing and UNMC.
