      Primary responsibilities of the Department Manager include: maximizing sales in all categories of products and product lines offered for sale in their department; inventory management; Team Member training and development; store policy/procedure compliance and enforcement; meeting daily; weekly, monthly, and annual department sales projections; providing excellent Customer service; and problem solving
