      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research global markets to identify seasonal trends, fabrics, and competitive inspiration
      - Assist in developing concepts and sketches for the product line, advocating design ideas to leadership
      - Build strong internal relationships with various departments to ensure a smooth product process
      - Partner with Production and Technical Design to create tech packs and manage quality execution
      - Organize and manage presentation boards and follow up on the product design process to meet deadlines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong collaborative skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across functions
      - Deep technical understanding of fabrics, fit, tailoring, and garment construction
      - Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and design standards
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment while managing multiple projects
      - Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Excel; ability to hand sketch is a plus
