What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the execution of subscription marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and select paid media channels
- Assist in building, quality-checking, and launching email and SMS campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team on customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Manage project timelines, briefs, and documentation for accurate campaign execution
- Track and report on campaign performance and customer behavior to inform optimization strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–2 years of experience or internship experience in digital marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Basic experience with email and/or SMS marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with marketing analytics or reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ESPs, CRM platforms)
- Exposure to paid media platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager) and simple design tools such as Canva
- Collaborative and proactive mindset with a desire to grow in marketing
