      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage community health education initiatives and grant-funded projects
      - Oversee fiscal and administrative functions, ensuring budget compliance and operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Strong understanding of social determinants of health and health disparities
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to speak and understand Spanish
      - Experience in budget management and fiscal oversight
      - Established relationships with grant partners and funding agencies
      - Commitment to community health initiatives and capacity building in underserved populations
      - Familiarity with data analysis and report preparation
