      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the development of IT strategy, policy, and roadmaps for Enterprise IT services and resources
      - Supervise assigned managers, team leads, and individual contributors, ensuring effective service delivery
      - Collaborate with engineers and architects on planning and support of core technologies
      - Oversee ITIL-based incident management and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
      - Provide leadership and development to assigned Enterprise IT managers and staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
      - Minimum of 3+ years of relevant IT technical and leadership experience
      - Any recent IT-related certification
      - Exceptional communication skills in writing and presentation
      - Proven leadership experience in technical teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant discipline
      - 6+ years of relevant IT technical and leadership experience
      - ITIL or Project Management certifications
      - Strong decision-making capabilities in complex problem-solving scenarios
      - Experience with enterprise storage platforms and security best practices
