What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft, edit, and finalize written materials for donor communications, newsletters, and reports
- Prepare briefing materials and agendas for meetings with donors and leadership
- Design and implement customized stewardship and financial reporting processes
- Develop individualized stewardship strategies and recognition experiences for major benefactors
- Manage logistics and timelines for stewardship deliverables to ensure timely communications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: At least three years of related work experience
- Must be available for occasional evening and weekend events
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional oral and written communication abilities

- Experience in higher education advancement
- Solid foundation in art and art history with a broad understanding of the contemporary art world
- Proficient in data and marketing platforms, including CRM systems like Salesforce
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings and adapt to shifting demands
