      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, implement, and evaluate experiential learning programs to enhance students' career readiness
      - Oversee mentorship programs, employer site visits, and career treks for students
      - Generate and curate resources and services that support experiential learning initiatives
      - Collaborate with campus and off-campus stakeholders to provide developmental opportunities for students
      - Participate in strategic goals and programs of the CCLD and SEES departments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Human Resources, Higher Education, Human Services, Counseling, or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience
      - Considerable knowledge of effective career coaching practices for college students and diverse adult learners
      - Understanding of event planning processes and career center programs
      - Effective verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to initiate and maintain relationships with employers and stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Considerable prior experience providing career coaching for college students or adult clients
      - Working knowledge of career development theories and career readiness competencies
      - Experience in supporting career exploration needs of students and alumni
