      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, implement, and evaluate programs and services to enhance career readiness for graduate students and alumni
      - Generate and curate resources and information to improve employment competitiveness for students
      - Collaborate with campus partners to provide career literacy education
      - Participate in strategic goals of the Student Enrollment Engagement & Services department
      - Support the delivery of career center programs and services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Human Resources, Higher Education, Human Services, Counseling, or a related field, or currently enrolled in such a program with equivalent work experience
      - Considerable knowledge of effective career coaching or counseling practices for college students and adult learners
      - Understanding of event planning processes
      - Working knowledge of career development theories and high-impact career practices
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Considerable prior experience providing career coaching for college students or adult clients
      - Ability to initiate and maintain relationships with various employers in different settings
