      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the full lifecycle of high-impact educational programs, from strategic planning and execution to post-program evaluation
      - Develop and manage comprehensive budgets, schedules, and logistical plans for successful program execution
      - Function as the primary liaison with faculty, venues, and vendors to establish collaborative partnerships
      - Coordinate and host both virtual and in-person events, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees
      - Evaluate participant data and feedback to drive ongoing enhancements and ensure continuous program improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Education: Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
      - Proven experience in project management, event planning, or curriculum development
      - Exceptional public speaking and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
      - Competence in using computers and related software/hardware, including Microsoft Office and project management tools

      - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion
      - Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
