      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the Director to oversee hiring, training, and coaching of up to 15 remote Admissions Representatives
      - Conduct training sessions and performance assessments to enhance team skills and service quality
      - Manage daily operations by tracking performance metrics and addressing any performance gaps
      - Develop and execute operational strategies to meet new student application growth targets
      - Provide leadership support and maintain strong communication with remote team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
      - At least 1 year of successful leadership experience in a service delivery organization or contact center with remote staff
      - Strong organizational and communication skills, including presentation and business proposal development
      - Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced remote environment
      - Flexibility and agility in responding to evolving business priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - An earned Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning
      - Successful track record of leading teams with a collaborative leadership style
      - Experience working with military or veteran personnel in a higher education environment
      - Proven ability to leverage data and metrics to meet business goals
      - Familiarity with CRM, call center, and other enterprise-wide business technologies
