      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement recruitment strategies for the Southeast region and international students
      - Serve as the primary recruiter for designated states and manage international student applications
      - Conduct information sessions and represent the employer at various events
      - Review and evaluate student applications, contributing to admission decisions
      - Track and analyze recruitment data, preparing reports for the Chief Enrollment Officer

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
      - Experience in recruitment, admissions, or a related field
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
      - Willingness to relocate to the Atlanta region temporarily as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in higher education admissions or enrollment management
      - Familiarity with recruitment strategies for diverse populations
      - Knowledge of financial aid and scholarship processes
      - Established relationships with high school counselors and community organizations
