      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead projects aimed at enhancing the military student experience in processing military benefits
      - Oversee the Tungsten Network Portal for VR&E authorization form processing and invoicing
      - Build and maintain relationships with representatives of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
      - Oversee training modules for new team members and contribute to team collaboration
      - Establish and advance quality assurance for military benefit processing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in military benefit processing, including VR&E Program
      - Familiarity with Banner, PowerBI, and Argos reporting platforms
      - Experience managing a team
      - Strong mindset for improving daily operations and practices
      - Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with the Tungsten Network Portal
      - Demonstrated ability to enhance student experience through innovative practices
      - Background in student financial services
