What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic planning and advance the institution’s mission
- Oversee hiring, training, and evaluation of nursing staff to ensure a competent workforce
- Manage staffing patterns and operational processes to ensure compliance and efficient patient care
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance nursing practice and patient outcomes
- Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and positive interactions with colleagues and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with a Bachelor's in Nursing or plans to complete within three years, or a Master's in Nursing
- Valid RN License
- Minimum of ten years of Registered Nursing experience, with at least five years in a supervisory role
- National Nursing Certification required within one year of hire
- In-depth knowledge of the Nurse Practice Act and healthcare regulations
