What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with leadership to advance strategic planning and mission implementation
- Oversee hiring, training, and evaluation processes for the nursing workforce
- Manage staffing patterns to ensure compliance and efficient operations
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance nursing practice and patient outcomes
- Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and positive interactions with stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with a Bachelor's in Nursing or plans to complete in three (3) years, or a Master's in Nursing
- Valid RN License
- Minimum of ten (10) years of Registered Nursing experience, including five (5) years in a supervisory role
- National Nursing Certification required within one (1) year of hire
- Strong knowledge of the Nurse Practice Act and healthcare regulations

- Master's in Nursing
- Experience in Ambulatory Nursing
- Additional National Nursing Certifications
