What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic initiatives and implement the institution's mission
- Oversee hiring, training, and evaluation processes for nursing staff
- Manage staffing patterns to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with standards
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance nursing practice and patient outcomes
- Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and positive relationships with team members and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with a Bachelor's in Nursing or plans to complete within three years, or a Master's in Nursing
- Valid RN License
- Ten years of Registered Nursing experience, with five years in a supervisory role
- National Nursing Certification required within one year of hire
