What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic planning and advance the institution’s mission
- Oversee hiring, training, and evaluation processes to build a competent nursing workforce
- Manage staffing patterns to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and efficient operations
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance nursing practices and patient care
- Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and positive interactions with colleagues and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with a Bachelor’s in Nursing or plans to complete in three (3) years, or a Master’s in Nursing
- Valid RN License
- Ten (10) years of Registered Nursing experience, with five (5) years in a supervisory role
- National Nursing Certification required within one (1) year of hire
- In-depth knowledge of the Nurse Practice Act and healthcare regulations
