      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Director of Nursing in the planning and coordination of home health services
      - Oversee the implementation and evaluation of client care services in compliance with regulations
      - Act as a liaison between health care facilities and the agency regarding staffing needs
      - Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and medical communities
      - Participate in audits and ensure compliance with quality assurance and performance improvement standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse with a valid license in the state(s) practicing
      - Minimum of one year of experience in home health care or hospice
      - Current CPR Certification
      - Proven clinical nursing skills with the ability to train field staff
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred but not required
      - At least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health programs
      - Experience in personnel management, including hiring and evaluation
      - Proven skills in business and financial management
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
