What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic planning and enhance patient-centered care
- Oversee hiring, training, and evaluation processes to build a competent nursing workforce
- Manage staffing patterns to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and efficient operations
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance nursing practice and patient outcomes
- Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and maintain positive stakeholder relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with a Bachelor's in Nursing or plans to complete in three years, or a Master's in Nursing
- Valid RN License
- Ten years of Registered Nursing experience, with five years in a supervisory capacity
- National Nursing Certification required within one year of hire
- In-depth knowledge of the Nurse Practice Act and healthcare regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's in Nursing
- Ambulatory Nursing experience
- Experience in clinical research and education
- Familiarity with Magnet standards in nursing practice
