      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic initiatives aligned with the institution's mission and vision
      - Oversee hiring, training, and evaluation of nursing staff to ensure a competent workforce
      - Manage staffing patterns and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
      - Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance nursing practice and patient outcomes
      - Foster interdisciplinary collaboration among healthcare teams and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with a Bachelor's in Nursing or plans to complete in three years, or a Master's in Nursing
      - Valid RN License
      - Minimum of ten years of Registered Nursing experience, including five years in a supervisory role
      - National Nursing Certification required within one year of hire
      - Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and the Nurse Practice Act
