      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic planning and advance the institution’s mission
      - Oversee hiring, training, and evaluation processes to build a competent nursing workforce

      - Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance nursing practice and patient outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with a Bachelor's in Nursing or a Master's in Nursing
      - Valid RN License
      - Ten (10) years of Registered Nursing experience, with five (5) years in a supervisory role
      - National Nursing Certification required within one (1) year of hire
      - Ability to work across multiple UAMS regional sites

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's in Nursing
      - Ambulatory Nursing experience
      - Additional National Nursing Certification
