      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage all activities involved in the charter flight operation to ensure compliance and efficiency
      - Oversee the management of formal Part 135 documents and revisions with oversight from the 119 DO
      - Coordinate with the assigned FAA FSDO team for regulatory compliance
      - Ensure maintenance of current Operations Specifications and 4507 forms
      - Supervise pilot training and record-keeping alongside the training coordinator

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Expert knowledge of FAA regulations regarding commercial and charter operations
      - Thorough understanding of IA's Part 135 documentation, including General Operations Manual and HazMat Program
      - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction
      - Financial acumen to balance operational considerations with customer needs
      - Minimum of 3 years' experience as pilot in command of an aircraft operated under Part 121 or Part 135 within the past 6 years

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Progress towards ATP pilot certificate
      - Experience in operational improvement and performance management
