What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive profit and growth targets in assigned territory while ensuring legal compliance
- Develop and execute local market strategies in collaboration with key business partners
- Conduct financial analysis to anticipate industry trends and identify strategic opportunities
- Communicate product, pricing, and financial results to internal and external stakeholders
- Lead initiatives to foster innovation and best practices across the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Statistics, or Mathematics
- At least five years of experience in insurance product management or P&C insurance industry
- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets
- Proven ability to think strategically and implement change
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a quantitative field and/or MBA
- Demonstrated experience in evaluating product, pricing, research, and underwriting
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Drive-for-results mentality with the ability to multitask
- Negotiation skills to maintain positive working relationships
