      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and advise on the management and delivery of Probation Services across New Jersey
      - Lead initiatives for child support enforcement and customer service regarding support orders and payments
      - Provide technical assistance, conduct research, and implement strategic plans and procedures
      - Maintain extensive contact with court officials and various governmental agencies
      - Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and eight years of managerial experience, including budget and administrative operations management
      - Five years of supervisory experience of professional staff
      - Substitution of professional experience for education may be considered (30 semester hour credits equal one year of experience)
      - Valid driver's license in New Jersey if vehicle operation is necessary for job duties
      - Authorization to work in the U.S. according to relevant regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree or law degree may substitute for some required experience
      - Experience in public administration or judicial systems
      - Familiarity with probation services or child support enforcement programs
      - Strong leadership and communication skills
      - Background in program development and implementation
