What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and supervise a team of Regional Recruiters to implement effective recruitment strategies for undergraduate students
- Actively participate in recruitment activities, including college fairs and high school visits, both in-state and out-of-state
- Review and evaluate applicant credentials to determine admissibility to the university
- Conduct information sessions and campus tours for prospective students
- Build community partnerships and relationships with school counselors to enhance recruitment efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in student recruitment or admissions, ideally in a higher education setting
- Strong supervisory skills and experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with prospective students and educational partners
- Ability to travel for recruitment events, including weekends
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage applicant caseload efficiently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with multimedia tools and marketing strategies for student recruitment
- Familiarity with the admissions process and criteria for undergraduate students
- Established relationships with high schools and community colleges
- Background in counseling or advising students on college readiness
