      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the execution of product strategy for Financial Planning in the Workplace Personal Investing team
      - Define key business outcomes and requirements for servicing team needs, including user journeys and multi-channel support
      - Develop staffing strategies and scheduling systems for 24/7 availability
      - Create operational dashboards and establish backend support management processes
      - Mentor and motivate staff, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with a finance/economics emphasis or equivalent education and experience
      - 8+ years of business, technology, or product management experience
      - 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with engineering teams
      - 2+ years of leadership experience in project or technical teams
      - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to lead and influence at all levels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with contact management systems, live chat, AI chatbots, and IVR/call routing
      - Strong critical thinking, collaboration, and decision-making skills
      - Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence in a professional team environment
