      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the development and execution of camp programs and initiatives to foster engagement
      - Assist in recruiting, hiring, and retaining campers and staff, serving as the primary contact for inquiries
      - Maintain effective communication with campers, families, and stakeholders to build lasting relationships
      - Mentor and supervise staff, promoting leadership and professional growth within the camp culture
      - Contribute to the creation and delivery of comprehensive staff training and orientation programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong engagement and relationship-building skills to connect with campers and families
      - Experience in recruiting and retaining participants for year-round camp programs
      - Demonstrable experience working with children and in a camping environment, preferably at a residential summer camp
      - Excellent time management and self-accountability skills to meet organizational goals
      - Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that prioritizes racial equity, diversity, and inclusion

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in professional staff roles at a residential summer camp or similar environment
      - Familiarity with Jewish values and community initiatives
      - Ability to articulate challenges and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
      - Experience in developing and implementing community engagement strategies
      - A passion for camping and youth development
