      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and prosecute cases on the Criminal List and Miscellaneous List
      - Conduct pre-arrest investigations and respond to inquiries from citizens, victims, and law enforcement
      - Handle emergency and investigative matters from law enforcement and citizens
      - Enforce probation and parole violations, adhering to the policies of the District Attorney's Office
      - Coordinate with other prosecution offices on case dispositions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
      - Pennsylvania Attorney's License
      - Minimum of three years of job-related experience; two years for District Attorney's Office
      - Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
      - Valid driver's license and use of a personal vehicle

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a public defender's office or two to three years in the public or private sector
      - Ability to write clearly and concisely under tight deadlines
      - Knowledge of court policy and Chester County procedures
      - Affiliation with the Bar Association
      - Strong time management and prioritization skills
