Job Description

- Oversee daily site operations, adhering to established policies and contract scope (hospitality, front of house, mailroom services, etc.)
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance
- Utilize advanced work order systems to streamline operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate various facility services
- Cultivate strong client relationships and exceed service expectations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Assist in developing and implementing cost-effective, innovative solutions
- Execute site facilities management according to agreed policies and procedures; Assist in vendor management for maintenance services; Support procurement processes and ensure vendor compliance; Uphold health, safety, and risk management standards
- Liaise with both internal and external teams on various facility services; Support client site lead in implementing projects; Assist with moves, reconfigurations, events, and other operational activities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships; Ensure service levels meet or exceed expectations; Implement innovative programs to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Support achievement of financial targets and key performance indicators; Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting; Manage purchase orders, invoices, and payments; Contribute to capital planning
- Foster teamwork and excellence within the organization; Participate in performance management and personal development initiatives; Act as a JLL ambassador, embodying our core values
- 2+ years of experience in facilities management or coordination
- Proficiency in relevant IT tools and platforms
- Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
- Excellence in customer service and event management
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of management
- Skilled at prioritizing tasks in high-energy environments

Schedule: Monday-Friday day shift
Pay $65,000-75,000 depending on experience
