      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure client satisfaction by demonstrating leadership, responsiveness, and creativity in service delivery
      - Manage all aspects of engineering services, including HVAC, plumbing, and waste management
      - Maintain compliance with operating procedures, codes, and regulations to ensure audit readiness
      - Support work order management for staff and vendors as necessary
      - Collaborate with facilities managers and co-workers to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years related work experience in Facilities (commercial or industrial preferred)
      - At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
      - Experience working in a regulated environment (GMP/GXP preferred)
      - Proficient in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Corrigo preferred)
      - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, along with strong analytical and organizational abilities
