      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and support MAC and maintenance projects for the employer's Operations Facility
      - Maintain project reports, schedules, and budgets while collaborating with various project partners
      - Facilitate employee moves and manage project administration tasks, including work orders and inspections
      - Attend and participate in construction, move, and progress meetings as required
      - Implement project close-out processes and prepare final performance reviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred OR High School Education combined with certifications from IFMA and/or related work experience
      - Skilled knowledge of Project Management principles and related technology
      - Advanced knowledge of planning and organization principles
      - Strong ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, both orally and in writing
      - Valid driver's license required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in facilities project management or related fields
      - Proficiency in data management and spreadsheet software
      - Familiarity with reading floor plans and field measuring
      - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a project management context
